- Subscription fees are typically billed in advance and are non‑refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated by us;
- Your subscription may be set to auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date through your account or the payment platform;
- If we are unable to process payment, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successfully completed.
We may modify subscription pricing or plan features from time to time. Any changes to pricing will generally apply from your next billing cycle, with reasonable notice where required.
5. License and Permitted Use
